Ingredients: St. Lucian gold sea moss, elderberries, spring water, cinnamon sticks, ginger, organic agave, lime and love

Directions: Take 1-2 tablespoons per day in smoothies, food, teas or by mouth. Always use a clean spoon.

Storage: Use within 3-4 weeks after receipt. Keep refrigerated and refrigerate immediately upon arrival. You may freeze in a freezer safe container for up to 2 months or make sea moss ice cubes to increase the shelf life.
